If you can't see your clubs shop on our website that is because it has a private link to the shop. Please get in touch with your club or your clubs account manager for a log in to access the shop and make orders.

Padel: We don't have a size guide but our fitting is true to European sizing unless mentioned elsewhere.

Football: All our kits are bespoke which means you get the option to choose your materials and trims. We have a wide spread so be sure to speak to your account manager about finding the perfect choice for you.

Padel: All of our garment collections will have there own variation of materials and trims which best suit the identity of the collection to encourage high performance but also ooze style.

Football: Usually we send out invoices for bulk orders where will accept bank transfer. If you are ordering via a public or private club shop then you will be able to use the card payment methods.

Padel: We accept all card payment methods but also Klarna if you would like to split your payments up into smaller instalments.

Football: Your account manager will let you know of your parcel being shipped. You will also be sent the tracking information.

Padel: You will be sent an email confirming you parcel has been shipped, with all relevant information on.

Football: Yes, you have until the artwork is signed off to cancel or modify an order.

Padel: Yes, you have until the order is shipped (usually same or next day depending on order time) to cancel or modify an order.

Football: We will happily honour a return or exchange if there is any issue from our behalf.

Football: We only offer refunds if there is mistake on our side or if the product is faulty.

Padel: We can issue refunds if you are not satisfied with your products within the first 30 days of purchasing.
